The Division of Organizational Effectiveness supports Baltimore County Public Schools by developing and implementing a comprehensive human resources management plan that addresses recruiting, selecting, developing, supporting, evaluating, and retaining highly qualified and effective staff at all levels of the organization. This division is also responsible for managing the Title II Part A, CARES Act funds, and other emergency relief stimulus funds provided by the federal and state government during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Myriam Yarbrough serves as the Chief of Organizational Effectiveness.
